You can expect powerful flows with a focus on breath. Jon emphasizes making your practice your own and finding the balance between challenge and ease each time you show up on your mat.

He started practicing yoga over 5 years ago for exercise but soon discovered the mental and emotional benefits of yoga, as well as a deeper connection to his body. He was a member at Yoga Pod for 2 years prior to pursuing teaching, and received his 200 Hr YTT at BSY.

Jon originally hails from Northern California and has lived in Austin since 2020. In his spare time he enjoys live music, gardening, and a good sitcom (Seinfeld, Parks and Recreation, etc).
