Michelle
Michelle has been practicing yoga since 2013 and completed both her 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training through Practice Yoga Austin.
Her classes are a blend of alignment-focused cues and breath-to-movement guidance, designed to help students tune into their bodies and stay present in the moment. Her teaching style is slow and grounding, with a strong flow that emphasizes a balance of strength, mobility, and mindfulness.
Outside of the studio, you can find her spending time outside at the park, shows or restaurants with her husband and her chihuahua, Charlie!
