Gillian

Gillian grew up in New England and has lived in Austin for 13 years. Gillian has over 800 Teacher Training hours and has been teaching yoga for 12+years. She describes her teaching style as utilizing intentional movements that you can't take too seriously. Gillian's 'other' job is a general contractor and you can usually hear her in the checkout line at Home Depot, hammering and busting through walls, or using a circular saw in the background when chatting with her on the phone. Her favorite activities outside of teaching are watching Star Trek, being funny, and angrily not finishing any task. Gillian's favorite things about Yoga Pod are the community of students, the HOT room, and all the amazing staff and teachers!
