Jennifer
Jennifer Barnes is an RYT 200-hour Empowered Yoga teacher with 80 hours of Yin training, specializing in Vinyasa, recovery, and Yin yoga, as well as meditation and breathwork. Jennifer is someone who deeply values the body-mind connection and is dedicated to creating a safe, peaceful, and supportive space for students to explore their practice. With a focus on honoring the body’s needs, she guides students in nourishing the body, mind, and spirit. It is her intention that every student leaves class feeling replenished, empowered, and with a full cup.
